Brother and sister duo Edgy and Hedgy are one of South East Queensland’s freshest emerging talent, embracing the live scene like they’ve been doing it their whole lives. Following the successful and highly regarded EP launch at the Butterbox Theatre, Kingston Butter Factory in March 2024, their signature acoustic sound is at the core of their performance. They have a growing repertoire of original songs featured on their EP “EST. 2019”, released in December 2023, as well some more recent material they’ve been working on. They love to play a lot of covers ranging from classic hits from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s, as well as anything in the top 40 from 2000 to now.  They also love to play songs from some of their favourite Aussie indie bands. With Edgy (Jasmine, 18 years old) on violin, percussion and lead vocals, and Hedgy (Taylor, 15 years old) on acoustic guitar and vocals, they harness an array of influences in their original work that range in style from hip hop, rock and pop to country, folk and indie.
