Martin Kay - Album

Martin Kay is an accomplished saxophonist, composer and clarinetist. Recently he recorded a solo saxophone album inspired by Tartigrades (micro-animals). The album explores the extremities of playing a saxophone unconventionally and sometimes conventionally, capturing the indestructible nature and strength of the microscopic creature.

Louise@WSP has been working closely with Martin to record his performances through the use of various microphone placements to capture the mouth, natural vocal sounds and the action of the keys on the instrument. The album is released through Brodie McAllister's MNM - madenowmusic.com
